Gamify: Try making these tasks as game activities. Earning "points" for every good task she does, "eating an apple daily", "jogging 1 mile daily" etc. Kids respond to "earning" whether it's points or money and gamifying activities is a trend at this time with their generation. Hope this helps!

Set in ways: At 14 she probably has a mind of her own. If you havent set an example of a healthy diet and exercise until now, she isnt going to change in two weeks.

Get rid of junk food: Only keep healthy food in the house. Get rid of all junk food. Unfortunately you can't monitor her exercise so work out with her when you get home.
