The perfect storm: She has a virus infection which can be painful, and at the same time she's teething which can be painful. Did Pediatrician put her onto antibiotic for strep infection, that should help. Talk to her Dentist about OTC products that can be dabbed onto sore gums. OTC nSaids should help, again, talk to Dentist. Keep mouth immaculately clean. New toothbrush as soon as she starts to feel better.
