Severe pain? seeDoc: Usually two kids goofing around aren't going to generate enough force for significant injury and you are probably okay to watch your daughter at home unless severe pain in back, abdomen, hips/pelvis/legs vomiting disoriented acts worse over coming hours instead of improving you are otherwise concerned your son is a lot bigger than daughter or you think the way he landed on her looked worrisome.

Rest, ice, relief: Apply some cold compress, give a dose of ibuprofen, or acetaminophen, tell her to minimize movement or rest. If after 1 to 2 hours she can not sit up nor walk straight, if the back shows swelling and feel tender, she needs to be seen by a doctor.
