?burn: Could these be 1st degree burns? If so use soothing aloe vera lotion or even Hydrocortisone cream on them. For infected areas use an antibiotic ointment. Otherwise keep the area clean and dry.

Lotrisone (clotrimazole and betamethasone): Sounds like a tinea (fungal) problem. Would get a prescription for Lotrisone (clotrimazole and betamethasone) (or generic) and use it twice a day for 3 weeks.
