Got kicked in the right testis....momentary pain 3-4 min...lack of cremasteric reflex on day 2 and discomfort while sitting or clossing legs..torsion?

Orchalgia: Unlikely if the pain was "momentary" and two days have passed. If swelling and pain are significant (as it would be with torsion almost always) you should get examined immediately in an er where ultrasound is available. Exam by a urologist otherwise for other types of testicular injury. The "golden period" of detection and treatment of acute torsion is only 4-6 hours.
