No magic: Plenty of protein, enough vitamin d, vitamin c, zinc and calcium. Generally, a prudent & healthy diet as you'd do well to follow at all times. A cheap daily vitamin-and-mineral supplement might be in order as you recover from injury. You'd get the idea from the internet that food choice is the key to medical treatment -- it's not.
