Eat real food: The best nutrition for overall health will help you recover from injuries too. Look into paleo or primal diets - basically limit your carbohydrate intake (no more than 50-100 grams per day) eat plenty of healthy fats (about 50% of your calorie intake) and most importantly don't eat processed foods. Organic matters and is worth the extra money.
