Yes: Yes, you can take these multivitamins with your medications. Nothing in the vitamins conflicts with seroquel or lexapro (escitalopram).

Yes,but even better:: It's a good idea for everyone to take a good multivitamin & being on medicines often increases our need for vitamins. However, i don't recommend the nature made brand because it has synthetic (dl-alpha tocopherol) rather than natural vit e (d-alpha), which is hazardous.
