Need information : If it is dermoid cysts of ovary , you are born with it , is there all your life .It contain embryonal elements skin , bone , teeth hair, etc the reason for confusion and majority are benign , if you have children , sonogram might have detected . Speak to your gyn doctor , get it removed , will make your mind at ease.
