Better not: There are vegetarian versions of omega-3 (dha&epa) supplements that are non-fish in origin google for online sources.

Allergy: Please do not take fish oil caps. You don’t know what type of fish they re derived from. Ask your doc about taking other good fats such as coconut oil, avocado, and olive oil. Peace and good health.
