Horner's syndrome: Hi panda, you probably have horner's syndrome which is common with these types of brachial plexus block. It's not a complication but a side effect. The medication blocked sympathetic ganglion in the neck along with other nerves. It will wear off along with the arm numbness. Nothing to worry about.
