You really want to know what is healthiest BP for age? Never confuse average with healthiy. How do we know what is healthiest? The Framingham study measured BP OVER 50 years in two generations. The highest got earlier CVD & lived shorter with greater % of yrs suffering from CVD before death. Since 1905 life insurance cost more above 90 diastolic. If &gt;140/90. If &gt; get it down, live long & prosper
