Do not squeeze skin: Please do not touch, squeeze, pinch or damage these lesions on your son's skin. Do you want to scar it and damage it permanently? Just let them be. Teach him to wash with a gentle soap and warm water and see how de does as he ages. Perhaps as he grows into adolescence his doctor may want to treat this more aggressively with medicine but not with damaging the skin!
