Need more info: It's hard to know what you mean by "poor digestive power" do you have constipation or diarrhea? Heart burn nausea or vomiting? A good diet is varied with predominantly fresh fruits and vegaetables. Whole grain carbohydrates and lean protein sources. Avoid fried foods and calorie dense nutritionally lame foods like candy. Cut back on soda and sugary drinks. Whole books are writtent about nutrition.
