It's not impossible: Pcos is related to Insulin resistance, where the body doesn't listen to the signal Insulin sends to uptake glucose (sugar) out of the bloodstream and into cells for use as energy. So more sugar is in the blood which may lead to diabetes. Controlling carb intake in diet and losing weight will often improve pcos and may normalize hormone levels. Talk to your ob/gyn or endocrinologist.

Depends: Pcos patients who are overweight can normalize their hormones by weight loss. If you are already a normal weight then there is likely not a natural way you could normalize your hormones without existence.
