Diarrhea: You can keep him on a bland diet, nothing greasy or fried. No milk products or juice and he should recover in 5-7 days.

Which pepto ?: We do not reccomend the adult pepto-bismol product for kids. This product has salycelates which has been inked to reye syndrome. There is a kids pepto that has no salycelates but most will do well on simple bland foods including applesauce and bananas.
