Infectious Mono : Splenic enlargement in your son with highly suggestive symptoms of Mono should be confirmed with blood test. Pl make sure he is taking part in contact sport or other injury to his abdomen to avoid serious risk of bleeding. A follow up U.S. In a couple of month would be desirable. Good luck
