Neurontin (gabapentin): Check with your physician who prescribes the medication. He should be able to sketch a plan on how to wean of the medication. If no epilepsy or seizures the risk of withdrawals are almost no existent with this medication. Please recheck with your physician on this issue.

See a doctor: You would need to see a doctor to get Neurontin (gabapentin) weaned to off. Please don't do it on your own.
