I needa safe taper plan from fioricet and gabapentin. i take 6 1/2 fioricet down from 9 and 700 mg gapapentin down from 8. getting really bad stomach pains and i think it's the gabapentin?

Start with tapering one an then move on to the other. So reduce the Fioricet by 1 pill a day each week. Go to 6 a day for a week then 5 a day for a week and so on. Then go down on the Gabaoentin by 100mg a day each week so go to 600mg a day for a week then 500mg a day for a week and so on. Obviously this is something that you should discuss with the prescribing physicians.
