I've been diagnosed with iih and my sight in my left eye has weakened causing me to see double periodically. if i get a spinal tap, will this reverse?

Probably temporarily: If the pressure around your brain goes down, which it should temporarily after a spinal tap, i suspect your symptoms will get better. You would need a more permanent solution like oral Diamox (acetazolamide) or a shunt (surgery by a neurosurgeon) for long lasting resolution.
