Probably temporarily: If the pressure around your brain goes down, which it should temporarily after a spinal tap, i suspect your symptoms will get better. You would need a more permanent solution like oral Diamox (acetazolamide) or a shunt (surgery by a neurosurgeon) for long lasting resolution.
