Having back problems. my dr says they believe its back spasms. i realise it even hurts if i hold my urine for a few min. what are this signs of?

Most primary back problems are self limiting meaning they get better especially if no fever, chills, sweats, burning on urination, cloudy urine, or any stomach issues or neurologic symptoms like weakness , numbness, etc.
