I would like to know the results of the rest of the urinalysis. Transitional cells line parts of the urinary tract. Only occasional cells, probably 3. per high powered field, were seen on the microscopic exam of your urine. This isn't necessarily serious, but clumps or numerous transitional cells in a microscopic exam could indicate infection or tumor. Your MD knows your history&test results best
