Not uncommon: A lot depends on what your weight was at the beginning. Many women lose weight in the first half of the pregnancy then gain it back later. Also the body is very good about feeding the baby, sometimes at your expense, meaning you could be losing some bone or muscle mass. Also, i see many heavy women who have a hard time maintaining weight on a diabetic diet when they eliminate a lot of junk/carbs.
