Blood pressure: Hypertension is really defined at 140/90 and higher. Pregnant women get headaches just like everyone else. Its probably fine. As long as you're not allergic some tylenol (acetaminophen) or acetominophen for the headache is perfecty safe. Maybe try a small cup of coffee as well as it should help the headache go away faster.
