Alternatives to meds: It is best to minimize drugs ; even most herbs during pregnancy. As always, it's best to find ; address the cause; if musculoskeletal then a good osteopath, chiropractor or bodyworker should help. Stress reduction/meditation/yoga usually helps. Magnesium often helps ; if migraines learn what foods trigger them. Acupuncture and homeopathy are two other healing modalities that are safe ; effective.
