Fever and congestion: These are signs of upper respiratory infection. You may also have sinusitis which needs to be treated, esp if you have fever. Tylenol (acetaminophen) may reduce the fever but would do nothing for the infection. It is important to treat the infection as early as possible to avoid any long term effects such as chronic sinusitis.
