A member asked:

I have mild spastic cerebral palsy. is there any way to better mange the pain in my knees, legs and feet? it worsens as the weather changes

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Chronic pain: I'm not sure what you have tried so far, so i'll mention various options. First treatment options are the various ways to reduce the spasticity of your muscles, including use of muscle relaxants, pt, massage, botox. Next would be actual pain relief with nsaid's.I'd also talk to your doctor about off label use of Lyrica (pregabalin) for this pain. Finally, consider yoga, meditation and/or acupuncture for relief.
