Carpal Tunnel: There are multiple treatments for carpal tunnel syndrome, an unpredictable neurologic condition. Night splints, activity modification and injections are all conservative options, though surgical intervention may eventually be needed. An emg/nerve conduction study can help determine the severity of your cts.

NSAIDS: To help with some of the symptoms you can try Ibuprofen and splints (or at least keep the wrist in a neutral position, avoid bending the wrist). These treatments may help slightly but you could require surgery for permanent relief if these other treatment options fail to resolve your symptoms. An evaluation by a hand surgeon could determine if this in fact the cause and discuss other options.
