Difficult without : Surgery. They do make various splints but surgery would be most effective way.

Bunion: Most effective way is to realign it with surgery. The bone is cut and shifted back into its proper position but there are many types of procedures and the right one for you needs to be discussed with your doctor after x-rays and testing for hyper mobility . Good luck!

Surgery: To permanently re-align a bunion means surgery. There are an overwhelming 200+ procedures described to achieve this! Most of these are fairly historical. The workhorse operations are generally a combination of a soft tissue releases and a break in the bone (osteotomy) to realign the toe- most commonly a Scarf or Chevron osteotomy. If you also have arthritis a fusion (arthrodesis) is reasonable
