What can i do if my toenail is falling off, help?

Toe nail: I would see a foot and ankle specialist and have him or her remove it properly. He should check if their is a laceration or fracture that has to be fixed.

Toenail: If falling off, then you have to preemptively remove it so the nail can grow back. A loose toenail can cause pain and infection so trimming the loose edges are the standard of care. Hope that helps.
