I have a partially lifted toenail (at the tip) what can i do to prevent it from falling off?

Nothing will prevent it from falling off. You can try putting a Band-Aid or some paper tape on it until it falls off naturally. If it is infected, red, hot us tender then you can make a Telehealth with HealthTap or topical antibiotics, or oral prescription, if needed

You can trim the nail as far back as possible. Trimming the nail as nail continues to grow out. Using a bandaid or piece of tape to to protect. If concerns see a podiatrist.
