Toeing-in: Feet and legs which turn towards each other is a condition rather commonly seen in pediatrics, and known as in-toeing or pidgeon toed gait. This is associated with the growth of the long bones in the lower limbs. Children with this gait problem usually improve as they grow, some of them outgrow the problem, some have foot adaptation such as in skew foot/z foot type.Toeing in is rare in the adult.
