Menthol feeling: I'm not completely sure what you mean by a menthol feeling but certainly any pain needs to be checked out by your doctor. If you are cleared medically learning to manage your anxiety may be best way to go. A clinical psychologist who works w/mood disorders can be helpful for that. Peace and good health.
