Unusual: If is truly unusual for the implants to cause uneven nipples although it may magnify pre-existing breast or nipple asymmetry, however there are many other conditions that may predispose to this such as different sized implants, constricted breasts, simultaneous breast lifts or peri-areolar incisions. Without knowing the details, it is difficult to guess and your surgeon is your best resource.

Early: Your implants have been in for only 7 days. This is far too early to say if this is going to be an issue. Please do tell your plastic surgeon about your concerns.

Too early: 7 days is too early to say. There might be some asymmetry that will get better as the implants settle in place. Give yourself about 2 months to judge and talk to your surgeon if in doubt. Best to you!
