No: Getting off birth control will help to decrease your risk of having a blood clot if you have varicose veins, but varicose veins are veins that are structurally broken and that isn't affected by the pill.

No: Varicose veins will not revers after getting off birth control. Birth control also does not lead to varicose veins. Birth control hormones can increase the incidence of blood clots, but not varicose veins. The risk of blood clots will go down to "normal risk" shortly after stopping the birth control hormones.
