Depends: With each pregnancy these veins can get more and more dilated. Hopefully they completely decompress, but a significant amount of patients will not get complete resolution. I would wait several months - year to see and, if they are still bulging, go see a vein specialist (one that treats labia varicosities).

Perineal Veins: Sometime they will never resolve after giving birth. If they do resolve, it is usually within a couple of months as the pelvic blood flow returns to normal. If they don't resolve, you potentially could have them surgically removed or undergo sclerotherapy. Depending on the severity, you also may need to undergo evaluation for pelvic congestion syndrome if they don't resolve.

Depends: Perineal and vulvar varicosities generally resolve within a few weeks after childbirth. If they do not resolve in that time frame, they might never resolve without treatment. The good news is that these respond very well to foam sclerotherapy.
