Depends on site: Precautions would depend on the site of TB infection in your body. For TB involving the lungs (most common site), make sure that you cover your cough, do not come in contact with young children or elderly until you've completed at least initial 2 months of therapy. Maintain good nutritional status & most importantly take your medicines & finish the prescribed treatment regimen.
