Blood in sputum. i thought it was tb or lung cancer, or some kind of respiratory disease, but then it disappeared after a few days. is this okay?

Depends: Blood in sputum is never normal. It can be due to an infection or bronchitis, but i would definitely see a doctor about it.

Worth followup: Blood is abnormal but can come with bronchitis, pneumonia, TB or other infections and/or growths of several types including cancers. May be over, but be sure by seeing doc and x-ray.
