Avoid high heat: Pregnant women should avoid high (over 100 degrees) heat, thus no saunas, or jacuzi's are recommended. Additionally, preclean any equipment you use with an alcohol wipe or hydrogen peroxide before touching them. Do not soak any fingers or toes in chemicals, and certainly don't if the bowls have not been thoroughly cleaned before you use them.
