Foot Flexion : In a seated position, in a firm chair, with your butt higher than you knees, knees shoulder width apart, and ankles directly beneath your knees maintain heel contact with the floor while you raise the foot up leveraging on the heel. Start with 15 repetitions. When 15 become easy....Do 30.
