Trying to improve my ankle dorsiflexion. whenever i do a calf stretch on my left leg, i i only feel it in my achille's tendon area, never in my calf. i have no prior injuries to my calf/ankle. been stretching for months but no improvement?

Stretching like everything else, if not done properly you will not see any benefits. See a physical therapist or look in the internet for proper stretching technique. Because you are not feeling the stretch in the calf does not mean you are not stretching the muscle. Make sure your knee joint is in locked position for proper stretch
