11 days post sesamoidectomy but i dont have hardly any ankle dorsiflexion since ive been immobilising my foot and elevating whole time. will ankle range come back once i am given green light to start rehabilitation?

I would imagine you will be able to bear weight within 2-3 weeks post op after stitches have been removed . Yes your ankle dorsiflexion will come back but not on its own. You will need a stretching and a strengthening program
