Short answer: You can lose weight if you learn a few simple things. Cut your carbs, drink water, exercise 30 to 45 min. A day. Do not skip meals. Gary taubes wrote a great book on the reason people get fat. It would be a good read for you. There's also information located on www.Weighstation.Net. I know this is a short answer..
