A member asked:

Are serious nightfall patients able to have a baby?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Here's the truth: "nightfall" is a term used in some cultures for nocturnal emissions. They are a normal part of being a sexually mature man, and are going to happen to you frequently unless you intentionally ejaculate by yourself or with a partner. People with dark agendas try to make people afraid of this normal, healthy thing. You're not a "patient" & you can be a dad if all else is okay. Sorry you were deceived.
