Neck forequarter pai: Appropriate to see a general neurologist if good reputation. A physiatrist (physical medicine doctor) associated with an orthopedic or neurosurgical group could also help. If you have a good chiropractor who works well with other practioners, that can be an option but before manual manipulation is considered be sure the exam has sorted out the possible causes.
