A member asked:

What hormones do i have to take to menstruate regularly?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Your own: Your body should produce all the hormones you need to menstruate properly and regularly. If not, you need to check w/your doctor and find out why so your problem can be corrected. Don't take medication on your own - who knows what harm you could be doing to your body?
