Before Meals: Without knowing the specific medication you're taking, i will offer the usual advice which means anything from a regular meal to a light snack such as a slice of toast, a piece of fruit, maybe some cereal. If the medication does not specify to not to take it with dairy products, you might want to take your doses with a glass of milk.
