Ok, bulge neck : Where? If at the front you may have goiter and suffering from hyperthyroidism specially if associated with tachycardia. If at the back, then it's probably unrelated to the bulging. Overactive thyroid symptoms include sweating, tremors, anxiety, insomnia, mood changes, tachycardia, headaches, diarrhea, skin rashes, etc.
