Yes: Narocin is an NSAID and saroxat is an ssri. They both have platelet inhibiting properties, so together they increase your risk of stomach ulcers, so if you develop stomach upset, stop the narocin and see your family doctor. Do not take narocin if you are on Coumadin (warfarin) or lithium.
