Viibryd (vilazodone hydrochloride): Viibryd (vilazodone hydrochloride) (generic = vilazodone) is the newest. It is, per dr. Stephen stahl (psychopharmacological guru) a "spari" - a serotonin partial agonist reuptake inhibitor. On a lay basis, that means it's superpotent, and works by two different mechanisms. I have to start patients on micro-dosings of the stuff it is so potent. I have seen miracles on this one. Highly recommended.
